Action Property Management has a Community Care department available to assist you from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Community Care will answer general questions, open new work orders, or follow up on existing work orders.
Community Care can assist you with the following:
New pool key
Report a problem in the common area: Lights out, ants, broken sprinkler, etc.
Report a problem with your unit: Broken stair rail, wood in need of replacement, broken fence, etc.

You may also open a work order online by logging in to the Homeowner portal (Vivo).
