Interruption of DirecTv Services

Several Homeowners have had their DirecTv services turned off. This is due to the change from being a Multi Dwelling Unit community (MDU) to a Residential community.
We apologize for the disruption. Unfortunately, the community was not notified by DirecTv before the cancelling of service took place.
To reestablish service, please contact DirecTv and let them know that you have an existing account that was recently switched from MDU to residential and that you would like to reestablish service. This has solved the problem for most Homeowners.
Should you need to install a new satellite dish, please review the Satellite Dish Rules which state that a satellite cannot be attached to the building but should be placed in a balcony or patio.
