2019-2020 Annual Budget Report And Disclosures

The 2019-2020 Annual Budget Report and Disclosures have been mailed out to the Membership as per Civil Code Requirements. It has also been posted on the Resident Portal for your convenience.

Please note the Water Intrusion Policy that was adopted earlier this year that is enclosed in the budget and disclosure mailer.

Pool and Spa Area

The electronic entry system at the pool/spa restroom have been replaced and are now working well.

Blue Balance Pool Service has taken over maintenance of the pool and spa. They have recently replace the pool heater and will also will be replacing some of the aging and outdated equipment.

Signs displaying the pool/spa rules have been ordered and will be installed by the end of the month.

Community Update


The board meetings have been moved to the third Wednesday of the month beginning in June.

The May board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 and the June meeting will be on Wednesday, June 19, 2019.

The annual meeting and board election has been adjourned to the May 22nd board meeting. If you have not already done so, please return your ballot. Extra ballots will be available at the meeting.


The Community Clubhouse will be closed for use as of Thursday, June 20, 2019 thru July 8 2019 for repair.

As you know, the clubhouse suffered a large roof leak that has recently been repaired. The interior remediation and repair of damaged drywall will take place and will be completed by July 8, 2019.

During this time, there will be no clubhouse rentals available.

Delay in Monthly Statements

There was a delay in the monthly statements and many Homeowners have not yet received their statement. Your statement should arrive the week of March 4, 2019. Assessments are due on the 1st of the month and you have a thirty day grace period. You will not receive a late fee as long as your payment is received on or before the 30th of the month.
