Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, the Board of Directors has made the decision to close up the association facilities. They will be closed today until further notice. This includes the pool, spa, playground and clubhouse.

No clubhouse rentals will be granted for at least two months.

The Board of Directors will open the facilities and notify the Membership once it is deemed safe by officials.

Stay safe, take extra care hygienically and practice social distancing.

It has come to the attention of the Board that there has been an increase in trash and bulk items that is being disposed of in the Village II trash enclosures.

Just so you are aware, the trash enclosures in Village II are exclusively for the use of those residents as they do not have their own trash cans. Village I and III have their own private trash cans, therefore they are not authorized to utilize the trash enclosures in Village II.

Residents of Village I and III should contact Republic Services for large or bulk item pick up.

Residents that do not live in Village II that are witnessed using those trash facilities will be sent non-compliance correspondence, may be called to a hearing before the Board and may be subject to fines.

The tree trimming has been completed.

Dave’s Tree Service is going through the community in the next few days to complete any trees that they did not have access to and also to clean up residual branches that were left behind.
